The PYFL CHEERLEADING program provides girls with a fun opportunity to learn cheerleading fundamentals, while promoting teamwork, sportsmanship and physical fitness in a confidence-building environment. Our program is open to all girls entering Kindergarten through 6th grade in the 2018-19 school year. Our program includes:

UNIFORM: Registration includes use of a cheer uniform during the season (to be returned after playoffs) and a hair bow to keep. Cost: $60 ($55 with last years bow) per child plus a $25 uniform deposit.  Uniform deposit needs to be in a separate check.  Uniform deposit will be returned once the uniform is turned in (clean and stain free) and all fundraisers are completed.  NO CASHIER CHECKS OR MONEY ORDERS.

CHEER WEEK: Meet your coach , teammates  and learn skills and fundamentals of cheer. Registration & uniform fees due.

FOOTBALL GAME PERFORMANCES: Cheer for our PYF teams at regular-season and playoff games. Games start late-August and end late-October.

CHEER CHALLENGE: Perform with your squad at the annual cheer exhibition, hosted by Chardon Football League. Girls can also showcase their jump & tumbling skills. Medals are awarded to all participants. Additional  fees & practices will be required for those who choose to perform at the exhibition.

END-OF-SEASON GIFT: Cheerleaders receive a gift at their end-of-season banquet.

Monday, 7/30 6PM-8PM: Parent meeting, girls meet Coaches, learn dance and fees are due.
Tuesday 7/31 & Thursday 8/2 6PM-8PM: Cheer & dance practice
